Will there be delays in delivery due to COVID -19?

Due to the government’s recent COVID-19 restrictions on transportation services, we have resumed the delivery for essential items like health and cleaning products as well as household grocery items in Sindh, while we are delivering non-essential items across the regions. All customers should expect a delay in receiving their orders. Customers will be notified about their orders separately through email and SMS. Our priority remains to ensure the safety of our customers, sellers, and employees.

2.A Cancellation, Return, Exchanges & Refunds

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is not yet on its way to you, your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down.

Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button & fill out the cancellation request form.

Choose the item(s) you need to cancel.

Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.

Select your cancellation reason.

Click on “Submit”.

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you will not be able to cancel the order but you may be able to return your product.

What is the procedure to return a purchased product?

Please fill the Return Request Form from your My Account Section and email us at support@cartswing.com and wait for our Support Team to get in touch with you. Please have your item(s) send to: Cartswing Pvt Ltd. OFF NO. 3/1, 3rd Floor, Plot No. 16-C, 4th Zamzama Commercial Lane, Phase V, D.H.A, Karachi. You call our CS deptt.at 0304-1111719.

How long are returns accepted?

We will accept returns within 7 days of your receiving the item(s) unless stated otherwise in the product description.

What is the normal processing time for returns?

Once your return is received, our team will be examine the product and get back to you within 7 days after receiving the product.  Customer service will get back to you with complete detailed assessment of the validity of the return and the status of your replacement, the amount will be credited in your Wallet or Refunded to you.

What are the shipping charges for returned items?

You can use any Courier service to get the item to us to process your return. Charges will borne by you. However, if the items you received were defective or damaged, the shipping amount shall be credited to your Wallet.

How do I return defective/damaged items?

CS Quality Control has 4 step QC check process. Our team assures that all merchandise is in excellent condition before it leaves our warehouse. In the rare event that an item is defective/damaged, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the order (unless stated otherwise in the product description). Simply fill out a Return Request Form, send the item to the address stated above, and we will send you a replacement item as soon as we can. In case the item is out of stock, Customer Service will contact you to issue a refund in your Wallet. If 7 days have lapsed till the item reaches us, then we shall help you repair it under the stated warranty terms and conditions if the product is under warranty.

How do I return incorrect shipments?

If in case you receive an incorrect item, simply fill out the Return Request Form, send the item to the address stated above, and we will send you the correct item as soon as we can. In case the item is out of stock, Customer Service will credit the amount in your Account Wallet so you can shop for something else and intimate you by telephone and email. If you are not satisfied u can also ask the Customer services for a refund and they will issue you a refund.

How do I get a refund?

You will be refunded in the form of the original payment. You will receive a bank deposit. Customer Service will contact you to obtain the details of your preferred bank account. If your item(s) were defective/damaged or wrong, we will refund your cost once you provide us the invoice. Refund only takes place when the replaced product is out of stock and you do not wished to shop further.

How do I get the delivery costs refunded?

If your item(s) were defective/damaged or incorrect we will gladly refund your delivery cost once you provide us the invoice. Please email the invoice with the order number to accounts@cartswing.com and call us at 0304-1111719.

How can I exchange my item?

You can simply return your item by filling the Return Request Form within 7 days, the money will be credited in your Wallet and you can place another order through our website.

2.B My Account & Order Placement

Signing up as member

Click on the ‘Register’ tab at the top right hand side of the page. You will then be prompted to a new page where you will find a form just fill it up and Click ‘Submit’. Registration is now complete. Check your email to confirm registration.

Updating account details

To update details and personal information, once you login, click on the ‘Account’ tab at the top right hand side of the page. Scroll down to find your account information and click on ‘Edit’ – which is next to ‘Contact Information’. Change your details as needed. Click the ‘Save’ button.

Placing an order on the website

To order on Cartswing, please follow these steps:

  • Log into your account
  • Browse products using the left navigation or search for products using the search box
  • Select product(s) and add them to your shopping cart
  • Enter your details, select a payment option, and check out
  • Receive an order confirmation email

Login errors

If it appears that you can’t login to the website, there is a possibility that your browser’s cache might be full. Try clearing your browsers history / cache first.

Choose “Edit” from the menu at the top. Select “Preferences”. From the table that opens select “Advanced”. In the section named “Cache” click the button that says “Empty Now”.

Mac Safari:
In the upper left corner, click on “Safari”. Choose “Empty Cache” from the drop down menu.

Google Chrome
Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar. Select Tools. Select Clear browsing data. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything. Click Clear browsing data.
