Returns & Refunds Policy

 

A.        Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Cartswing’s packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
  4. Returns can be made within 7 days after the product has been received. No claims for returns will be accepted once the 7-day period has lapsed. (Hereinafter “Return Time”)
  5. The reason for returning the said product has to be stated for us to process and verify a valid claim.

B. Returns Policy

  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable Return Time. Your product may be eligible for refund depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
  2. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on product page are not eligible for return.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned. Perishable products such as food, flowers, groceries, products with a shorter expiry etc cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Some health and personal care items

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Book with obvious signs of use
– CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than an error on part of Cartswing.
– Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

-Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

E. Valid reasons to return an item

  1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
  2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

F. Procedure for Return / Refund

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/vendor/supplier.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
